The Closing Date and Time for the submission of Proposals, in response to this RFP, is Tuesday, February 11, 2020 by 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) (herein referred to as the "Closing Date and Time"). One (1) electronic copy and one (1) complete hardcopy of the Supplier's Proposal, including all attachments, in the same order as the numbered sections of this RFP, should be received by WCLC, not later than the Closing Date and Time at:
