Description

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W’) is issuing this RFP seeking qualified vendor(s) to establish an annual inspection and certification program for our roof anchor system. This RFP, and the subsequent submission, will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful proponent. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

Event Note

A mandatory walk-through of the 8 buildings is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th and at 10:00 AM[CJ1] [CW2] [CW3] . Meeting location is in front of Security Services on the Main Floor of Centennial Hall.

The Consultant and Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or the Contract Administrator (Project Manager)’s representative will be available at the Site on those dates during those hours to provide Bidders with access to the Site.

Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing.
