RFP-FMS-2023-013 - Applied Computer Science Renovation

Work of this Contract comprises of an interior office renovation for the University of
Winnipeg, Applied Computer Science Department. The renovation will include new
partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, for open workstations on the 3rd
floor of the Duckworth Center. Project located at 400 Spence St, Winnipeg Manitoba;
and identified as the University of Winnipeg Duckworth Centre.. The contract will come into effect ASAP, once project is awarded.  The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided.  This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder.

The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
