Description

The University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, and in particular, the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences would like to purchase the following items:
Wet Processing Equipment (4 items):
Item 1: (1) one mobile separator centrifuge decanter for food and beverage applications at the research and pilot scale.
Item 2: (1) one mobile disk stack centrifuge for protein and starch clarification at the research and pilot scale.
Item 3: (1) one mobile spray dryer for food and beverage applications with water evaporation capacity between approximately 1 and 10 kg/h.
Item 4: (1) one mobile membrane filtration system for food and beverage applications at the research and pilot scale.
