The University of Manitoba, Purchasing Services, is requesting submissions for this project
through the Bonfire network.
Closing Date: October 7, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. (Winnipeg Time)
Budget: $100,000 to $115,000 CAD
Insurance Requirements: This project requires a Comprehensive/Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence, which includes a provision naming the University as an Additional Insured to the Liability Policy and a Cross Liability clause. As well as a provision requiring the Insurer to give the University 30 days’ Notice of cancellation or lapsing or any material change in the Insurance Policy.
− Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00 on any licensed motor vehicles of any kind used on University property.
− Professional Liability (E&O) in an amount not less than $2,000,000.00
− Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance (Clearance Certificate).
Addenda: Please note that bidders are required to monitor the site where the competition is

Bidder to ensure all addenda were received and to acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the bid
form. Failure to comply may result in your bid being rejected.
