Change at UCN must be seen as a positive process. As opposed to managing resistance to change, the successful proponent will focus on helping to provide skills to up to four vice-presidents to help ensure the readiness of faculty and staff to be engaged in identifying, defining, and supporting changes that may occur as a result of our growth and transformation. UCN views this as a leadership responsibility, and seeks executive coaching support for up to four vice-presidents for the 2024/25 fiscal year, with the option to renew for future fiscal years.
