Description

Replace approximately 69 m of sewer line.
Current sewer line is constructed of clay tile of 225 mm diameter. Replacement will occur from Manhole # 19 to Manhole #20 on attached drawing.
This will involve the tie in of 8 residential sewer lines and one 150 mm commercial sewer line.
The first 10 feet of each residential line and the 150 mm commercial line, from the main will also need to be replaced as part of the project.
It is the Owner’s intent to have all works completed within 20 working days prior to September 1st 2020. This is subject to change due to Government regulations for Covid-19.
The Owner must be notified 2 weeks prior to the start date to ensure proper notification to residents.
