2018-23 - Town of Niverville Audit Services (2018 - 2021)

Detailed price proposal to perform tasks outlined in the proposed scope of work. Costs shall be presented in tabular format and must follow layout below. Proposals must include all costs; any exceptions must be explicably noted and there cannot be any as incurred line items within cost (upset estimate required). All bids must be in Canadian dollars. All applicable taxes must be shown separately.
 
Required Fee Structure

1. On-site audit of Financial Statements;
2. Supplementary Auditor’s Report;
3. Audit of Compliance with Agreement under the Municipal Gas Tax Funding Agreement;
4. Expenses: include an allowance for out-of-pocket expenses (if necessary);
5. Rate for other services outside of the scope of the audit (if necessary).
