Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to rebuild
sidewalks on Main Street.
The scope of the work will include approximately
i. 320m of 6 ft. wide concrete sidewalk and 6’ wide stamped concrete boulevard
a. Maps attached in Appendix B
ii. Sidewalk Bump-outs “Bubbles”
Scope of work may include work on private property. Any work on private property would
require an individual quotation which would require signing off by both Town and property
owner prior to work commencing.
