The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified persons or organizations who are leaders in park / playground / feature design & development.The successful proponent will consult and work with Council, staff and residents in developing an approximate one-acre site in Niverville’s Hespeler Park.It is the goal that this new playground will provide Niverville and the surrounding area an one of a kind playground destination to further develop Niverville’s position as an urban hub in Southeastern Manitoba.

The scope of the conceptual design will be to consult and design a playground / park area in the one-acre parcel immediately west of the Splash Pad in Hespeler Park. It is anticipated that conceptual work and ideas shall be derived out of meetings between successful proponent and Niverville staff. It is expected that one open house will be held with the successful proponent with invited feedback from residents before final conceptual design is completed.
