Description

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified engineers for a price to survey, design
and draft the backlane between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South. The Agreement is anticipated to
commence on February 7th, 2018 or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in
writing.
The scope of the project will involve surveying to ensure design works within constraints of
the utilities down this corridor, design and draft this approximately one hundred and
seventy metre backlane to be four (4) meters in width once constructed. The successful
proponent must be able to complete the design prior to June 1st, 2018. The Town will be
responsible for the tendering. Contract Administration and Record Drawings may be a scope
change at such a time as construction occurs.
