RFP-2019-15 - 2019 Concrete Program

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to complete concrete work around the Town of Niverville:
 

1. Fill in the gaps in the walking path on the West side of 6th Avenue South from Kipling Lane to Errington Way
   1. Excavate & haul material off-site, level base course and compact, frame, supply, pour, and finish concrete;
   2. Approximately 241 linear meters (1.5m wide) as noted in Appendix A;
   3. Town will supply base material.
2. Generator pad beside 329 Bronstone Dr.
   1. Frame, supply, pour, and finish concrete;
   2. Approx. 120 square feet (15’ by 8’) by 10” thick with 2 layers of rebar (15mm rebar 1 ft o/c with a minimum 3” of separation) – Appendix B;
   3. Town will prepare the base of site.
3. Sidewalk Around the building of 329 Bronstone Dr.
   1. Excavate & haul material off-site, level base course and compact, frame, supply, pour, and finish concrete;
   2. Approximately 35 linear meters (1.5m wide) See – Appendix C;
   3. Town will supply base material.
4. Bubbles on Main St. approx. 6200 square meters of 4” thick concrete
   1. Supply, pour, and finish concrete;
   2. No base work or forming required;
   3. Concrete shall be colored, stamped, and broom finished.
5. 150 m of curb repair
   1. Remove existing curbing and haul away, remove existing base and add 6” of limestone base w/ compaction, forming, supply and finish concrete;
   2. Town will supply base material.
