REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN OF THE
Beautiful Plains Community Medical Clinic Addition
NEEPAWA AREA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NADCO) is seeking to select an Architect/Engineer/ Design Firm, or combination group thereof, to design and provide structural, mechanical and electrical engineer stamped drawings for the construction of an addition to the Beautiful Plains Community Medical Clinic.

Services to be performed shall include the design of the Clinic Addition in its entirety, adaptations to the existing building, including the new south west entrance to existing clinic, and functional design of parking requirements, according to all the specifications and requirements as stipulated by the Manitoba Building Code.
