INVITATION
One (1) emailed (.pdf) copy of the responding tender must be received and time and date stamped by the Town of Gillam by no later than 16:00 pm Manitoba local time on May 15, 2019. Late submittals will not be accepted, and will be discarded unopened. Proposal shall be emailed to the two addresses below:

One (1) original hardcopy and one (1) photocopy of the responding tender within five (5) business days after the tender close date. The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked: “Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services: Town of Gillam – Airport Aggregate Supply”. Proposal shall be handed in in-person, mailed or couriered to the address below:

In the event of a discrepancy between the emailed electronic copy of the proposal and the paper copy of the proposal, the emailed copy shall prevail.
