2024-01 - TOWN OF GILLAM NELSON RIVER AQUATIC CENTRE INTERIOR/EXTERIOR UPGRADING

.1 Submit Bid on Bid Form - Stipulated Sum, found in Section 00 41 13 and all Appendices of the
Bid Form in the manner and time prescribed in Section 00 11 16 Invitation to Bid.
.2 Bid Form must bear signature of Bidder in handwriting. Corporate seals must be affixed. Person
signing must be officer who has authority to bind corporation.
.3 Blank spaces on Bid Form and Procurement Form Supplements must be completed. Bid Price
must be in writing and in figures.
.4 Include Provincial Sales Tax (PST) but exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any amount to be
levied in respect of GST will be billed as separate item on request for progress payment
submitted by Contractor. Appropriate GST levy will be paid to Contractor in addition to amount
approved by Prime Consultant for work performed under contract, and will therefore not affect
amount of contract.
.5 Include Bid Bond, Consent of Surety, and Procurement Form Supplements as described in this
Section in all Bids.
.6 Bids may not be submitted by fax.
.7 If formal Bid on prescribed documents has been received by office of Prime Consultant before
established time for closing of Bids, Bidders may make amendments to Bid to Prime Consultant
as listed in Section 00 01 01, provided such amendment is received by Prime Consultant prior to
established time for closing of Bids.
.8 Bid Forms submitted after established Bid closing time will be returned to Bidder.
.9 Contractor to provide evidence of compliance with requirements of Workers’ Compensation
Board of Manitoba, as part of Bid.
