Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., THURSDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2018 for the WINDOW REPLACEMENT PHASE 2 project at RIVER HEIGHTS SCHOOL.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., TUESDAY, DECEMBER 04, 2018 at the location of River Heights School General Office,1350 Grosvenor Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
