                                                       LORD ROBERTS SCHOOL

Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 2017 for the Roof Replacement project at Lord Roberts School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 11:00 a.m., TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2017 at the location of Lord Roberts School General Office, 665 Beresford Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, and a labour and material payment bond, both for 50% of the contract price.
