Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., THURSDAY, AUGUST 02, 2018, for the Roof Replacement 2018 project at Kent Road School.
 
Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.
 
Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca  or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.
 
Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for  2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JULY 19, 2018 at the location of Kent Road School General Office, 364 Kent Road, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
