Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., TUESDAY, JUNE 04, 2019 for Front Entrance Rehabilitation at Laura Secord School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 A.M. THURSDAY, MAY 30, 2019      at the location of Laura Secord School General Office, 960 Wolseley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, and a labour and material payment bond, both for 50% of the contract price.

Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted.
