Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., TUESDAY, JUNE 04, 2019 for the Foundation Remediation 2019 project at Tyndall Park School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for  10:00 a.m., WEDNESDAY, MAY 29, 2019  at the location of  Tyndall Park School General Office,  2221 King Edward Street, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, and a labour and material payment bond, both for 50% of the contract price.
