Description

Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., THURSDAY, MAY 17, 2018 for the Elevator and Grooming Room Addition and Renovation project at J.B. Mitchell School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2018 at the location of J.B. Mitchell School, General Office, 1720 John Brebeuf Place, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
