                                                                          FOR
                                ACTIVE LIVING CENTRE AND ELEVATOR ADDITION
                                                          KELVIN HIGH SCHOOL

Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Secretary-Treasurer of The Winnipeg School Division, 1577 Wall Street East, Winnipeg, Manitoba, before 2:00:00 p.m., MONDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2017 for the Active Living Centre and Elevator Addition at Kelvin High School.

Time shall be as indicated on the clock located in the general office of the Secretary-Treasurer's Department.

Instructions to bidders, contract documents and bid forms may be downloaded from the Winnipeg School Division website at www.winnipegsd.ca or obtained from the Building Department, 1395 Spruce Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, contact Sheryl Lohaza at 786-0338.

Mandatory Bidders Briefing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19 , 2017     at the location of Kelvin High School General Office, 155 Kingsway Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
Prime Contract Bidders are required to attend in order to submit a valid bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond, and a labour and material payment bond, both for 50% of the contract price.
