Sealed tenders will be received at the office of Sison Blackburn Consulting, 10-5 Scurfield Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB, R3Y 1G3, up to 2:00 p.m. local time on May 21, 2021, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked:

JOHN TAYLOR COLLEGIATE EAST PARKING LOT REDEVELOPMENT
Attention: Reynold Cabigting, P. Eng.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price and an agreement to bond from an approved surety company.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond and labour & material payment bond; each for 50% of the contract price. In addition to the above the successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $5,000,000.00 inclusive limits prior to the start of work.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Award of sites to different bidders will not be considered.
Mandatory site tour with the Consultant is not required.
