Tender for Hedges School walkway replacement, Strathmillan Middle School asphalt paving, and Brooklands School parking lot and sidewalk repaving- 2018

The St. James-Assiniboia School Division is planning to make site improvements to three schools as follows:

Hedge’s School – 369 Fairlane Avenue, Winnipeg. This project will involve the replacementof the east sidewalk. The work primarily involves asphalt paving, sodding repairs with an option to install concrete walks in lieu of asphalt walks.
Strathmillan School – 339 Strathmillan Road, Winnipeg. This project will involve the replacement of asphalt paved walks. The work primarily involves the removal of the existing larger areas of asphalt paving and walks and the installation of new asphalt paved walkways with sodding repairs.
Brooklands School – 1950 Pacific Avenue, Winnipeg. This project will involve the replacement of south asphalt paved staff parking lot and the replacement of asphalt paved walkways. The work primarily involves the removal of the existing asphalt paved parking lot and gravel base and installation of new granular base and asphalt paving. On the north side of the building there are two asphalt paved walkways and both will be removed and one reinstalled with new granular base and asphalt paving.
