Tender forms and specifications may be obtained in PDF format by contacting Stephen Norsworthy (stephen.norsworthy@snclavalin.com) or from the Winnipeg Construction Association. A mandatory site tour will be conducted Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.

The tender is to close at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Any tenders received after the time of closing will not be opened and will be returned to the sender.
