Details of OEM (original equipment manufacturers') warranty should be provided in a separate document. The WCB may prefer a product that comes with an OEM warranty that covers four (4) years but if that is not available specify duration of OEM warranty available for same.
The WCB expects the Contractor will be able to deliver the products onsite at the WCB's facilities located at 333 Broadway within ten (10) Calendar Days after an Agreement has been executed between the parties.
Vendors are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, or agents of the WCB for matters regarding this RFQ, except in writing to the Agreement Administrator. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of a Vendor and rejection of its Quotation.
