This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for the Supply and Delivery of Lab Equipment (Luminex FlexMap 3D) on an as and when required basis as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).
