SS-OF-0019-MB. - Request for Quotations For Supply and Delivery of Envelopes, Plain and Printed

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Envelopes, Plain and Printed, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
The RFQ is to select a Supplier to Supply and Deliver Envelopes, Plain and Printed, to all the Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs) in the province of Manitoba on an “as-required” basis.
