Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for IVUS Catheters and related Equipment as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) one (1) year option terms.
