Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3334 Janitorial Services, Beausejour Service Centre

Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors to provide janitorial services (including labour, equipment, supplies and materials) for Manitoba Public Insurance’s Service Centre located at 848 Park Avenue, Beausejour, Manitoba, in accordance with MPI’s Service Requirements stated in Schedule B of this RFP. The Services also include ‘as and when requested’ services, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document.

Site Visit
The Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, may request a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor may attend. Vendors wishing to attend a site visit must request one by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with, Section 6.03. Any Site Visit should occur prior to the last date for receipt of specific questions above.

The final date for submissions is December 3, 2024 at 4:30 PM (CST). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
