Shared Health requires particular goods, services and/or equipment, as outlined in this document (the “Products”) and has identified one supplier (the “Intended Supplier”) to provide the Products.
Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Supplier is able to provide these Products. The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for these Products.
Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify suppliers for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any.
Any Response submitted as requested in this Request will not be considered binding.
All costs and any liabilities incurred by a respondent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of the respondent's Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the respondent.
