A non-mandatory but highly recommended Bidders Conference will be held on October 9, 2024, at 12:00 pm CST via Microsoft Teams meeting. This is to enable Manitoba to clarify any questions you may have on the current and desired future state. Details of the meeting would be provided to the confirmed attendees only.
Proponents are required to send a mail confirming attendance with details of participants (name and email addresses) to bids@gov.mb.ca.
We encourage you to read the RFP carefully before this date and to note your questions and clarifications required to enable you propose the right solution to Manitoba.

Questions may be submitted in advance to bids@gov.mb.ca . Please submit all questions by 12:00 noon on October 7 ,2024. All questions and answers occurring as part of this meeting will be posted on the MERX website as soon as possible following the meeting.
Only information provided in writing by the Manitoba will be binding. Information provided verbally will not be binding on Manitoba unless confirmed in writing.
