The intent of these Terms of Reference TOR is to invite proposals and retain project management services for the completion of the planning, design, tender, construction and warranty stages of the Waste Site Closure Plan and Eco-Depot Facility at Skownan First Nation SFN.
The submission envelope should read: “Project Management Services for Project Implementation of the Skownan First Nation Waste Site Closure Plan and Eco-Depot Facility”.
