RRC Polytech is soliciting quote submissions to identify a media monitoring service that will provide broadcast, online, social, monitoring services and analysis to monitor RRC Polytech’s presence across a variety of media. The services should provide insights and analysis, access to key analytics that evaluate audience, sentiment, and overall reach, through a variety of media both online and through broadcast channels. Service should provide regular reporting, access to insights and analysis and enable RRC Polytech to leverage data to identify trends to help shape their communications and public relations strategy. Service should also include onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of the platform.
