RFP 2024-008ME - Managed Extended Detection and Response - MXDR

Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) currently has Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) services in place as part of our Cyber defense strategy. We leverage our investments in the Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel cyber security ecosystems to provide 24x7x365 threat detection, response, and remediation capabilities.
RRC Polytech is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to continue providing MXDR services using our existing cyber security infrastructure.

 The selected Bidder must be able to provide professional and deployment services for the entire Microsoft A5 security ecosystem and will be responsible for delivering MXDR services that include, but are not limited to:
 

• 24x7x365 Threat Monitoring and Support
• Threat Detection and Response
• Proactive Threat Hunting and Intelligence
• SIEM Management Services
• Management Reporting
• Expert advice and support for the Microsoft Security technology platforms
