Description

The scope of this RFP includes the supply, and delivery, of two (2) complete ironer systems, as
well as start-up, commissioning, and training. Rigging will be provided by the Purchaser but
overseen and directed as required by the Supplier onsite upon delivery.
The systems must be operational no later than September 30th, 2025.

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.
Please note that in order to submit a proposal via Bonfire, proponents must be subscribed to
Bonfire and its internet browser must meet the minimum system requirements described at the
end of: https://sharedhealthmb.bonfirehub.ca/portal/support. Information about Bonfire can be
obtained on its website, https://support.gobonfire.com or by email at support@gobonfire.com. In
the event of any technical issues with Bonfire submission, proponents should contact a Bonfire
agent by using the aforementioned email address.
1.6.2 Proposals to be Received on Time
Proposals must be received in their entirety by Bonfire on or before the Submission Deadline.
The time of receipt of proposals shall be determined by the Bonfire web clock.
As transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, or other technical
factors, proponents should plan to submit proposals well in advance of the Submission Deadline
to avoid submitting late due to technical issues. Proponents submitting near the Submission
Deadline do so at their own risk.
Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
