The Government of Manitoba (Manitoba) is intending to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) in the near future to acquire Information Technology (IT) Advisory and Research Services.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to supply Manitoba with Information Technology (IT) Advisory and Research Services, related resource libraries (web based) and analytical/advisory services that are unbiased, accurate, clear, relevant, timely, and comprehensive.
