The pupose of this RFP is to solicit tenders for a GENERAL CONTRACTOR who will oversee the entire project from start to finish, ensure project follows timelines and be a liason between the subcontractors and the Municipality of Grassland. The project being the construction of a 60'x60' Municipal Shop expansion (to be added onto the existing 40' x 60' wood structure). The selected general contractor would be responsible for all aspects of the project including but not limited to materials, labour and site management.
