4841 RECS-EOI - Expression of Interest as to the Availability of Space for Lease in Virden, MB

INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE TOWN OF VIRDEN, MANITOBA

Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Real Estate and Contract Services Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space based on the following criteria:
SECTION A – PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
PROJECT #4841 RECS-EOI
Lease and Space Components
Preferred Lease to commence on or before August 01, 2025, but not mandatory.

The proposed space must satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:
 

1. Approximately 2,300 – 3,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space.
2. Access to six to ten (6-10) reserved staff parking stalls (including one (1) barrier free parking stall), within a 5-minute walking distance.  In addition, parking for clients is desired.
3. The accommodations must be located on, or near a major traffic artery within Virden, Manitoba and have convenient access for the public.
4. The space offered must be accessible. The space should comply (or will be made to comply) with the requirements of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act.
5. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the geographic area in Virden as shown on the map, bordered in red, attached to this EOI and labelled as Project #4841 RECS-EOI Boundary Map as on Schedule- “A” attached hereto.

1. The project number.
2. The location and municipal address of the proposed space.
3. The current zoning of the building that houses the proposed space.
4. The specific location of space within the building.
5. The measured area of the proposed space.
6. A floor plan identifying the proposed space with washrooms, exits and other design elements.
7. A site plan showing the building and parking facilities.
8. Date the space is available for lease.
9. Length of term the space is available for lease.
