Description

INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE CITY OF STEINBACH, MANITOBA

Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Real Estate and Contract Services Branch is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space located within the boundaries of the City of Steinbach as shown on the map attached based on the following criteria:
SECTION A
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
PROJECT #4452
Lease and Space Components
Preferred Lease to commence on or before August 01, 2025, but not mandatory.

The proposed space must satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:

Approximately 3,500 – 4,000 usable square feet of contiguous office space.
Space available should be store front.
The proposed space must be located within the City of Steinbach as shown on the Steinbach Boundary Map attached hereto.
Public and staff parking required and designated reserved parking stalls. Associated with the building or adjacent within a 5 minute walking distance.
The accommodations must be located on, or in close proximity to a major traffic artery with convenient access.
The space offered must be accessible. The space should comply (or will be made to comply) with the requirements of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act.

SECTION B - RESPONSE
Interested parties are requested to submit their response to this EOI in writing by no later than 2:00 PM, Winnipeg Time on April 4, 2025 to the following email address:

Please indicate the Project Number you are responding to on all correspondence.
Responses received after the above noted deadline will not be considered.

SECTION C: INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INTERESTED PARTIES
Information provided by interested parties or agents of interested parties should include:

The project number
The location and municipal address of the proposed space
The current zoning of the building that houses the proposed space
The specific location of space within the building
The measured area of the proposed space
A floor plan identifying the proposed space with washrooms, exits and other design elements
A site plan showing the building and parking facilities
Term the space is available for lease.

Do not submit a price as this is not a proposal call.

SECTION D: NOT A SOLICITATION PROCESS
Note that this is not a tender process, nor a request for proposal, but only an inquiry as to the availability of space to lease. Real Estate and Contract Services will not necessarily invite offers, or lease any space, and may not post any future ads related to this request.
