Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: Front Security Desk of Manitoba Legislative Building
Date and Time: December 3, 2024 1:00 PM local time
Proponents are to enter the main entrance on the north side of the building to pass security screening to sign the site attendance sheet prior to 12:45 pm.
Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project manager at donal.allen@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.
Deadline for registration is the end of the business day December 2, 2024
Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded.
Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, CPPD’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.

Deadline for questions December 10, 2024. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is December 17, 2024 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
