Description

The Government of Manitoba is seeking to implement a Digital Evidence Management System solution for the management and sharing of digital evidence for law enforcement agencies and its Justice partners across the Province of Manitoba.

The Government of Manitoba (Manitoba) is undertaking this procurement process, with participation of law enforcement agencies in the Province of Manitoba, to acquire, pilot and potentially, in its discretion, implement a secure cloud-based digital evidence management system solution to standardize and simplify the collection, management and sharing of digital evidence

Manitoba is requesting DEMS solution implementation Selected Proponent to provide AMS for the entire DEMS solution for a period of three (3) years following the expiry of the six (6) month warranty period, with an option to extend, on the same terms and conditions, for two (2) additional terms of up to twenty-four (24) months each. The decision to exercise the optional extension terms shall be at the sole discretion of Manitoba
