Demolition Scope of Work – Feb 20, 2025
Planned time of work: April 2025

Scope: Remove existing 995sf single story home, foundation, old driveway pad, brush and trees from site in preparation for new build. Any asbestos remediation work will be already completed by time of demolition. Water, power and natural gas have already been disconnected from the home. Owner’s surveyor will provide a demolition site drawing. Property is 40’ x 120’.
Supply all equipment and labour for the following:

Demolition permit.
All site access must be from back lane between Oak Street and Elm Street.
Removal of:
- 995sf single story home
- concrete foundation
- old driveway pad
- All brush and trees from property.

Exclusions:

Demolition Civil site drawing.
Remediation.
Backfilling.
Utility disconnects.
