Red River College Polytechnic is seeking proposals for the development of fully completed, standardized training modules and supporting assets for our flagship entrepreneurship programs: Market to Labs (M2L), Technology Readiness Level Up (TRL), and Sprint to Innovate (S2I). These modules will be used across our eight regional hubs. We aim to create a consistent, nationally standardized program modules with the flexibility to incorporate regional context, expertise, and sectors. The selected firm will develop and provide training modules to RRC Polytech that include a comprehensive set of instructional materials, including facilitator playbooks, recruitment guides, onboarding materials, mentor questionnaires, and program management tools. The goal is to ensure that our training is delivered with standardized content, focusing on the desired learning outcomes, without being overly prescriptive and allowing room for regional resources, speakers, and trainings to be incorporated into the standardized weekly modular content. This will allow facilitators, mentors, and program managers at regional hubs to execute a unified program that meets both national objectives and regional nuances. The selected firm will be provided with all necessary documents and assets from prior branding and asset mapping exercises. This will include but not be limited to: value proposition messaging, participant eligibility, learning outcomes, and regional resources. Additionally, the firm will conduct an EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) barriers assessment for each region to ensure inclusive practices and provide actionable recommendations for improvement at each hub site. Information on the complete expected scope of services and deliverables is included in Schedule E.
