Description

The Rural Municipality of Brokenhead is issuing a Request for Quotes for a contractor to provide regular and periodic cleaning services in accordance with all specifications in these documents for the following areas:

The Rural Municipality of Brokenhead Administration Building, approximately 5000 square feet (72013 Road 42E, Beausejour). Including: reception area, general office area, 6 offices, work areas, committee room, council chambers, breakroom, 4 washrooms, utility room, front entrance and all hallways.
The Rural Municipality of Brokenhead Public Works Building office, washrooms and breakroom, approximately 300 square feet.

The contract will be February 1, 2025 – January 31, 2027, with a potential one-year extension based on both parties accepting.

All work, operations, and equipment required for completion shall be considered incidental to the contract costs. The contractor must provide a lump sum monthly price on Schedule A – Contractor Information & Price, which shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract. This fixed price will not be subject to any adjustments due to provincial wage increases, inflationary costs, or any other factors during the contract period. The contractor shall invoice the Rural Municipality based on the agreed-upon lump sum monthly price.
