  Visit project site before submitting Bid.
  
  Non-Mandatory visit to project site has been arranged for Bidders as follows: 409 Tache Ave, July 20, 2022 at 10:00 am.
  
  Attendees are to assemble at St. Boniface Hospital, 409 Tache Ave, atrium entry through main doors reception desk to attend COVID screening.
  
  At the site visit, each Bidder shall:
  
  Examine the site and surrounding properties before submitting a bid to satisfy itself as to the nature and location of the work and local conditions.
  
  Determine the means of access to the site and all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and circumstances that may affect the bid.
  
  Bidders are fully responsible for obtaining information required to the preparations of their bids.
