Description

It is intended that the project General Contractor is an Electrical Contractor and is responsible for all sub-trades. The basic scope of work below is not a final list of all. This is not intended to be a sequence of construction.

- - Work in existing building while occupied by students and staff
  - Replace all existing lighting and lighting control systems.
  - Replacement will not be one for one.
  - Replacement of approximately 160 ceiling tiles
  - Patching/repairing and painting, as required.
  - Contractor shall be responsible to apply for all applicable incentives and rebates associated with the lighting and lighting control upgrade including but not limited to Efficiency Manitoba.
  - Building is approximately 14,000 sq. ft.
