Description

It is intended that the project General Contractor is an Electrical Contractor and is responsible for all sub- trades. The basic scope of work below is not a final list of all. This is not intended to be a sequence of construction.

Replace an existing CDP with new.
- - Replace an existing MCC with new.
  - Replace an existing Emergency MCC with new.
  - Provide temporary equipment (transformer, CDP, etc.) as required to limit shutdown to a minimum of two days.
  - Provide a new ground grid and tie into existing.
  - Provide a new 45kVA transformer and 120/208V panel.
  - Provide a new 15kVA transformer and 120/208V emergency power panel.
  - Provide new feeders for motor loads and remove original feeders back to source.
  - Replace 4 existing fan motors and provide variable frequency drives.
  - Provide new mechanical control panels.
  - Provide housekeeping pads for new electrical equipment.
  - Replace all existing lighting in basement crawlspace and mechanical room.
  - Patching/repairing and painting, as required.

Proponents shall submit their proposal in both of the following formats:

Two hardcopies of the proposal. Include a letter of transmittal on the Proponent's letterhead, signed by the appropriate officer(s), and
A portable USB drive containing an electronic copy (PDF format) of the proposal.

Submit proposals in a sealed envelope, by hand or mail (Note: email submissions will not be accepted). Address as follows:
