.1 This Contract includes work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and
in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project.
.2 Work for this Contract, identified as SMS Project No. 21-219-01 includes but is not
limited to the following:
.1 Replacement of existing CDP and MCC (c/w transformer and panel) with new.
.2 Installation of new feeders to existing motors.
.3 Replacement of 6 motors and installation of variable frequency drives.
.4 Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after equipment has been
installed.

.2 MANDATORY visit to project site has been arranged for Bidders as follows:
2055 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB on August 25th, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.. All
bidders submitting a Bid MUST attend this site visit. Meet by the bus loop.
.3 Site visits outside the mandatory site visit will not be allowed.
