Project Scope
It is intended that the project General Contractor is an Electrical Contractor and is responsible for all sub-trades. The basic scope of work below is not a final list of all. This is not inteneded to be a sequence of construction.

Replace an existing CDO with new.
Replace and existing MCC with new.
Provide a new 45kVA transformer and 120/208V panel.
Provide new feeders for motor loads and remove original feeders back to source.
Replace 6 exisiting fan motors and provide variable frequency drives.
Provide new mechanical control panel.
Provide housekeeping pads for new electrical equipment.
Patching/ repairing and painting, as required.

In responding to this Request for Prequalification of Electrical Contractors, the Proponent acknowledges and agrees that all costs and any liabilities incurred by the Proponent, including those associated with the preparation of the submission, will be the responsibility of the Proponent.
Contractors must be prequalified to be invited to bid on the project.
